STRAND ANNEALING

Heating is by LPG an inert gas atmosphere is maintained in heat-resisting tubes carrying wires. This ensures a bright surface. Furnace is equipped with electronic temperature controllers for precise temperature control.

The wire  drawing unit  under the  name 
of   Isinox    Steels   Ltd   at    Savroli 
village specialises in  the manufacture  
and export of  stainless  steel  wires 
in austenitic and martensitic grades. 
HRAP Wire rod is drawn on  multiple 
continuous   drawing   blocks   with 
special  lubricants through T.C. dies.

The Coil I.D. of the wires range  from 
300 mm to 600 mm & Coil weights range 
from  20  kg  to  500 kg,  depending   on 
customers' requirements and specifications..
