The Bright Bar Division  manufactures  a 
wide range of Bright Bars, specialising      
in   Stainless    Steel,    by  different 
processes   like   Heat   Treatment, 
Quenching and Tempering, Pickling, 
Cold   Drawing,   Peeling,   Smooth 
Turning,  Centreless  Grinding  and 
Polishing.

SIR JAMES FARMER NORTON, CINCINATTI, WMW, JOTES, etc. are used for making Bright Bars. Our well-experiences staff and workers ensure the high quality, dimensional accuracy and bright finish demanded by customers spread all over the world.

PACKING
Polished bars are colour-coded, marked and packed in bundles of 500/1000 kgs (1100/2200 lbs.) to preserve their defect-free surface during handling and transportation. Bars above 25 mm (1 inch) are individually punched with the Isibars logo, grade and heat number. The bars are strapped with signode-straps, wrapped in bio-degradable or recyclable laminated sheets, and if necessary, protected with wooden batons. Wooden cases are provided upon request.
QUALITY SYSTEM
A stringent quality assurance program to control various quality parameters ensures that only defect-free materials are sent to customers and that there is continuous process of improvement to prevent recurrence of defects. The plant has been accredited uner the quality system ISO 9001-2000 by IRQS.
